Will my order be sent out TODAY?
We make every effort to have our parcels shipped the same day. Orders placed on or before 5:00 pm EST from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the Same Day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST, Weekends and Holidays will be Dispatched the NEXT Business Day!
What if the Product/s I order is Out of Stock?
Should an item have sold out or been out of stock at the time of the order we will notify you as soon as we can with an estimated wait time or an alternative.
What if my order is not eligible for the FREE Ship, How much is the Shipping Fee?
Standard Shipping Post = $9.90
Express Shipping Post = $18.90
Heavy Item Shipping Post = $25.00
Door to Door Express Post = $19.00
How many days will my order arrive?
We use Australia Post for all our orders/parcels. Our Standard Shipping Post takes 5-10 Business Days while Express Shipping Post 3-5 Business Days depending on the state you are in.
Like most companies, we use third-party shippers and are therefore not able to control the progress of the package once it leaves us.
Any delays experienced due to Couriers or Australian post are out of our hands and as such we are unable to take responsibility for issues caused by courier delays. We will be able to provide tracking numbers and assistance to make delivery as smooth as possible for you.
You could easily track your parcel/s HERE with the Tracking Number on the Email Auspost send or Tracking Number we provide for you.
