Queensland Dangerous Dog Sign
Every owner who owns a declared dangerous dog, or menacing dog, or restricted dog has to comply with the requirements of the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008 - one of these requirements is to secure and display Dangerous Dog Signs on doorways and gateways of the property to alert people that a dangerous dog resides in the area.
If this requirement is not complied, the dangerous dog owner will face hefty fines and even imprisonment.
