At Perfect Paws, we want you to feel confident when purchasing products for your dog and pets. Our products are supported by manufacturer warranties and the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Whether you are purchasing a dog training collar, bark collar, dog fence system or another pet product, we are here to help if you experience a problem with your purchase.

Our Product Guarantee

Perfect Paws products are covered by consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product does not meet the required consumer guarantees but the problem is not a major failure, you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many Perfect Paws products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

The length and conditions of a manufacturer's warranty can vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information supplied with your product for the specific warranty period and conditions.

If you believe your product has developed a fault, contact our team before sending the product back. We can help you understand the appropriate warranty process and, where appropriate, liaise with the manufacturer.

What Is Generally Not Covered?

Manufacturer warranties and product guarantees generally do not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental damage

• Misuse or incorrect use

• Excessive use or wear

• Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Consumable items that naturally wear out or require replacement

Consumable items may include batteries, straps, probes, boundary wire and other replaceable components, depending on the product.

The exact exclusions and warranty conditions can vary between manufacturers and products.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact Perfect Paws as soon as possible.

Where a product is found to have a manufacturing fault within 15 days of the invoice date, Perfect Paws may arrange a replacement with a new equivalent product, subject to assessment and the applicable warranty terms.

Please do not return a product before contacting us, as we may need to provide return instructions or troubleshoot the issue with you first.

Some Perfect Paws products are designed as training aids, including electronic dog training products, bark collars and pet containment systems.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws and regulations in their state or territory.
